By accessing or using pepnovalabs.com (the “Site”) or purchasing from PepNova Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase products.

2. Research Use Only – Important Disclaimer

ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ON THIS SITE ARE STRICTLY FOR **LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO)** BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS. They are **not** intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease. Products are **not** FDA-approved drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, food additives, or medical devices.

We are **not** a compounding pharmacy, outsourcing facility (under 503A/503B of the FD&C Act), or medical provider.   Statements on this Site have **not** been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory body.

– Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders.  
 – Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping. Payment via accepted methods (processed securely by third parties). 
  – Title passes upon shipment; risk of loss is yours after delivery to carrier.

4. Shipping and Returns

– Shipping times vary; we are not liable for delays or customs issues.  
 – All sales are final. No returns or refunds except for proven defects (reported within [e.g., 7 days] with evidence). Products cannot be returned if opened or used.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepNova Labs disclaims all warranties (express or implied). We are not liable for any damages arising from product use, misuse, or reliance on Site information. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.
